When can I make a reservation?
We will start accepting reservations 120 days in advance.
Is it possible to make a tentative reservation?

We do not accept provisional reservations.
What time is check-in/check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00 to 20:00.
Please note that we will not be able to accommodate check-ins beyond this time, without exception.
Also, if you cancel after the check-in time, a 100% same-day cancellation fee will be charged.
Check out is ~10am.
Can I do early check-in/late check-out?
Depending on the situation on the day, we may be able to accommodate you for an additional fee.
Advance reservations are not possible, so please contact us on the day. (Please note that we are unable to provide reservations the day before.)
Can I pay by credit card?
Currently, we ask that you pay for your stay by bank transfer after making your reservation.
We will be introducing credit card payment soon. (Scheduled around July 20th)
We will notify you on the official Instagram when it is introduced.
Until the introduction, we will be accepting reservations by bank transfer for a while. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
Can I bring my pet?
I am very sorry.
Pets are not allowed indoors or outdoors on the premises.
From what age do children start paying?
Adult price for junior high school students and above.
Children under elementary school age are free.
Children under elementary school age are also counted in the number of people, so the maximum number of guests is 8 people including children.
Amenities such as bath towels, face towels, and toothbrushes will be provided for children.
Can babies stay overnight?
It's possible.
The sea is nearby, so please be careful and keep your eyes peeled.
Please note that we are not responsible for any accidents, troubles, or injuries that may occur at our facility.
Is it possible to make a reservation over the phone?
To prevent any trouble, we do not accept reservations over the phone.
Please check availability and make a reservation on the reservation page on the official website.
Is there a cancellation fee?
Cancellation fees will be charged during the following period.
・From 60 days ago to 31 days ago: 20%
・From 30 days to 7 days before: 50%
・From 6 days to 2 days before: 80%
・The day before/on the day: 100%
*Please pay the transfer fee.
*A reduction in the number of days or number of people due to customer circumstances will also be subject to a cancellation fee.
What should I do if there is a change in the number of people?
If there is an increase in the number of guests after your reservation is confirmed, please be sure to contact us in advance.
If it is discovered without contacting us, you will be charged double the regular price.
Additionally, if we determine that your behavior is malicious, you may be asked to leave the venue.
We will not be able to provide a refund in that case. Please note.
Is it possible to use it for a day trip?
We only accept reservations for overnight stays.
Therefore, you will need to make a reservation at the accommodation rate and return on the same day.
The forecast is for a typhoon to hit us on the day we plan to stay.
Is it possible to cancel for free?
We have set certain standards regarding free cancellation due to typhoons.
As a general rule, if there is a major impact on public transportation, such as the closure of the Aqua Line, the closure of the Tateyama Expressway (expressway), or the suspension of service on the JR Uchibo Line and Sotobo Line, and it is realistically difficult for you to visit the venue. Free cancellation applies.
In addition, if you cancel last-minute due to a typhoon, we will treat customers who can reschedule to another date within 3 months of the scheduled date of stay as free cancellation.
*However, this is limited to customers who have been able to inform us of their next dates by the day before their scheduled stay.
If you transfer to a different date, we will settle the difference between the amount you have already paid and the amount on the day of your new stay.
Can I bring in food and alcohol?

Enjoy cooking and eating using ingredients you have purchased yourself from roadside stations, nearby supermarkets, and direct sales stores.

How many cars can I park?
Free parking is available at the back of the facility.
Up to 4 cars can be parked, so there is no problem if you and your companions come with multiple cars.
Is there a shuttle service?
This facility does not provide transportation services.
You can come by your own car or walk about 8 minutes (about 600 meters) from Ubara Station on the JR East Sotobo Line.
Are there any convenience stores nearby?
There are no convenience stores or supermarkets within walking distance, so we recommend that you prepare in advance.
There is a 7-Eleven Katsuura Okitsu store about 10 minutes away by car.
Equipment・Amenities
Do you have any seasonings?
Rock salt, black pepper, and salad oil are always on hand.
Please bring any other necessary items with you.
Do you have cooking utensils?
We have prepared serving plates, spoons, forks, knives, chopsticks, glasses, mugs, etc. for each person.
We also have common cooking utensils such as frying pans, pots, peelers, ladles, and bowls, as well as microwave ovens, toaster ovens, electric kettles, and low-smoke electric hot plates for indoor use. A Weber BBQ grill is also available for use, although it is a paid rental fee.
Do you have indoor wear?
Our facility does not provide any indoor wear, so please bring your own.
What amenities do you have?
We have prepared bath towels, face towels, and toothbrushes for the number of guests staying.
Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, and Dyson hair dryer are provided.
Facility・Service
Is the staff always present?
There are no staff permanently stationed on site.
Please understand that we cannot provide the same level of service as a hotel before making a reservation.
Can we have a barbecue?
We have outdoor terrace seating available for your use.
Please refrain from using your own equipment, so if you wish to use a barbecue, please rent a barbecue grill (Weber Pulse) as an option (for a fee).
Can we have a barbecue even if it rains?
Large parasols are installed on the outdoor terrace seats, but if the forecast is for wind speeds of 4 m or more, the parasols will be closed for safety reasons.
In that case, please enjoy the indoor barbecue using the electric plate provided in the room.
Can I have a bonfire?
The use of open fires within the grounds of this facility is prohibited in accordance with the Fire Service Act.
Please also refrain from bringing your own firearms.
Can I have fireworks?
The use of fireworks within the premises of this facility is prohibited in accordance with the Fire Service Act.
At the adjacent Ubara Beach, fireworks are allowed except in the swimming area during the day.
Customers are responsible for putting out fires and cleaning up fireworks garbage.
In addition, loud noises and dangerous activities are prohibited.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is prohibited inside the room.
If you wish to smoke cigarettes, heated tobacco, or electronic cigarettes, please do so in the smoking area located outside.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Free Wi-Fi is available.
Is there a mobile phone signal?
docomo, softbank, au are all connected.
Please note that free Wi-Fi is also available.
Is there a TV?
There is no TV, so you cannot watch terrestrial broadcasts, but we do have a projector (ANKER Nebula Mars 3 Air).
Since it is equipped with Google TV, you can watch various apps such as Youtube, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, etc. *Depending on the content, you may need to log in as a paid member.
The projector is compatible with HDMI, AUX, and USB-A, so you can enjoy games and DVDs on the big screen.
You can also mirror photos and videos stored on your smartphone or tablet to easily display them on the big screen.
Is there air conditioning in the room?
Please rest assured that each room is equipped with heating and air conditioning.
Is it barrier-free?

Do you have catering services?

You can reserve your meal order, including barbecue sets and champagne floats.

Can I send my luggage in advance?
We do not have staff on-site full-time, so it will be difficult to respond.
